ACTUAL PRECIP?

Maybe.  It's been 'monsoonish' this midweek, unusual humidity filling our sky with lovely cloudscapes but only feeble attempts at a shower or two.  According to forecasts, this will peak on Friday with overdevelopment in the mountains, and probably some precipitation late that day.  After that, expect a cooling period with plenty of soarable thermal activity throughout as the air dries out over the weekend.
