CHANGE OF THE SEASONS (BOO!)

We enjoy reminding folks that thermal season here at Crystal typically lasts through the middle of October before we have our first unsoarable day...  and this year  that run extended a week further.   From here we'll surely see more good thermal days as autumn continues,  just not every day like the last seven months.   HOWEVER, a distinct cooling trend this week will usher in the beginning of WAVE season right on time!  (Think of that big strong beauty we had last week as a pre-season preview...)  Expect classic wave on Halloween, and stronger winds aloft Saturday with wave then too if it's southerly enough.  Then, who knows, maybe back to post-frontal post-season thermals by Sunday...
