HAPPY FOURTH !

It’s true that this planet just completed its warmest June in recorded history, but the polar heat wave melting our ice caps even more rapidly than predicted continues to keep our Mojave weather somehow cooler than normal (for now).  We can expect local temps to peak only around ninety this coming week, with moderate westerly wind and thermals to above ten thousand feet MSL.  Not nearly as dynamic as Julys we all remember, but still very good soaring every single day…  Enjoy it while you can!
