More SOLOs / More WAVEs

Last week's first glider solo was flown by previously rated power pilot Joe Dubuis (anticlimactic, but satisftying nonetheless).  And on Monday John Holland passed his private check ride - Good going, fellas!Now for this coming week we have yet another example of rain in LA bringing WAVE to us here in the high desert.  We will see clouds at times and perhaps even a shower or two, but overall fine winter soaring weather.
