PEAK OF THE SEASON CONTINUES

Typically the very best period for soaring at our great site comes in late July and early August.  And so, although it's been pleasantly cooler than normal lately, each day brings fine local thermal conditions - even those with a poor forecast.   That will hold again this coming week, with high temps around 90 and southerly breezes feeding desert convection under cloudless skies.   If clouds form, they'll probably mark shearlines over the mountains and across the desert.   And if the south wind picks up after noon, always look for subtle signs of WAVE...
