SUMMER BEGINS

The official first day of summer arrived Monday, and it was the hottest day in years - spiked at 109 out here in the desert.  For the coming week highs should hover around 100 with mostly west wind, strong at times.A memorial service will be held for Henry Combs this Saturday, June 25 at 3:00 P.M.  It will be at:Santa Clarita Seventh-Day Adventist Church24436 Valley St.Santa Clarita, CA 91321Church phone: 661-259-5420A Fellowship Dinner will follow the service, and if you wish to bring a food dish, please coordinate with Becky Combs at 661-252-1836.
