We're BAACK!

After a fortnight to reset and do earthbound stuff, the mountains are topped with snow and it’s time for some winter soaring, don’t you think?  Even well into thermal unseason north of the equator, our playground here at Crystal offers several localized sweet spots for winter lift, depending mostly on wind direction.  For a discussion of one steadfast haven, the trusty Work Camp, see this week’s Soaring is Learning.  Also, as we often remind, rain in LA usually means wave in the desert – including perhaps this coming Saturday.  (Don’t blame us for robotic optimism, it’s those krazy forecasters’ fault.)  Regarding our other winter treasures, they’re only treasures, not secrets.  They’re only secrets to you if you don’t come out and climb aboard and see for yourself.  See you at the Work Camp!
