WINTER WONDERS

Last week, as predicted, we experienced a few exceptionally cold days - and enjoyed thermals that were surprisingly strong for this time of year.   Since then the prevailing wind has been robust yet not too strong from the NNE, where it's expected to remain for the whole coming week.   Oddly, this flow from the north will bring a moderation of temperatures - but little thermal potential.   Chances are we'll make up for that with clear and sunny ridge lift plus periods of bow wave as well.
