CONGRATULATIONS to Col. Jack, and Happy MARCH to everyone

Last week we were honored to solo ninety one year old Colonel Jack Perdew, who first flew in the nineteen thirties and saw action in World War II, Korea and Viet Nam!   Needless to say his was one solo that went very well indeed.The coming week will begin with Santa Ana conditions, and Sunday might bring the best thermal soaring so far this year.   Typically, mid-March is when we begin our annual streak of soarable-every-day that will last about seven months...Also, don't forget our Crystal Reunion, coming in April.
