HOW COOL IS THAT?

First, congratulations to Chris Eby, who flew his first glider solo last Saturday (and boy did he make it look easy).The coming week will feature a definite cooling trend, which will feel wonderful on the ground but may cause some suppression of thermal activity.   Let's hope that moderate cloud development on the weekend amounts to nothing more than better-than-average thermal markers - and of course some welcome shade...
