FRIDAY:A Northwest flow in place Thursday through Friday will turn to an offshore flow on Saturday. SATURDAY:A ridge will move into the area as surface high pressure builds into Nevada. Temperatures will be up in the high desert and it should be warm and sunny. Northeast winds are expected but the weak pressure gradient indicates light to moderate offshore push. SUNDAY:It will remain quite warm and sunny but the offshore wind will be replaced by a Northwest flow as the local high pressure gets knocked down by the influence from a large system in Pacific Northwest.MONDAY:Wind direction will likely change to southwest.
