STREAK CONTINUES...
Each year we enjoy at least seven straight months of good-to-great soaring every single day here at Crystal, and sometimes the streak just continues - like this time for example. Typically, Mid-October is when we might see the first unsoarable day since sometime in March, but it hasn't happened yet...The coming week will feature comfy temps, moderate westerlies and thermal activity that would qualify as midsummer at most 'ordinary' soaring sites - basically 5-knot lift to 8000 or higher over the desert and above 9000 in the mountains.Note: we will be closed on Saturday (Oct. 11) for a private event, with normal operations before and after, on Friday, Sunday and Monday.
