THERMAL SEASON ARRIVES

Last week's many thermals brought a taste of better things sure to come soon.   They were mostly small, weak and unreliable of course - perfect for knocking the rust off and polishing skills.   We might still have a few unsoarable days in the next month (mixed with a spell or two of big wave), but sometime between now and mid-March our annual winning streak will begin, with good to great soaring conditions every single day right on through into October...    What a playground!!About the upcoming road trip to scout off-field landing sites:   Meet up will be here at Crystal on Saturday, Feb.23 at 8:00 A.M. – SHARP.    The first day will end at Bishop, where participants can either head home or spend the night and continue further north.
