Welcome to Autumn

Last week, Barry McGarraugh soared diamond distance to Yerington, NV in what some folks thought might be the cross-country finale for this year.   However, the forecast looks very good for at least one more week despite the official end of summer.   That means little here in the high desert.   IDEAL thermal soaring conditions still prevail, perhaps best this Saturday, plus some chance of wave this weekend as well.   What a playground!
