Welcome to September!

Congratulations to Dr. Joel Garris for making his first solo flight last week - and to both him and Jim Rex for making their first solo soaring flights also!In other news, we'll be taking a "Fall Recess" for two weeks in October to take care of routine maintenance issues, give all staff, flight instructors and tow pilots a break and to review and plan for the next few years ahead.    There will be no tow services will be available during this two week period (October 12th through the 22nd).  We'll re-open Friday October 26th and resume regular business hours.  Any questions regarding this recess should be directed via e-mail to:  manager@soaringacademy.org
