Brisk and Breezy

This week is bringing a short taste of winterlike weather that should begin to soften and warm by Sunday.   Of course winter here at Crystal doesn't necessarily mean poor soaring; it means more varied and interesting kinds of LIFT.   Friday we can expect wave (and thermals) to continue, Saturday more wave or ridge lift (and thermals), and by Sunday probably a return to Santa Ana conditions (and more bow wave?)Also, congratulations to Mike Mangold, who soloed last week - stay tuned, a couple more of our new students expect to solo this week...
